BOAT-HUT.COM IS IN OUR TOWN

Entrepreneur and local welder Kurt Binder's latest invention helps winterize pontoon boats.  Made of pipes, brackets, and easily assembled parts, this hut will protect your recreational craft from heavy snow loads, ice, and harmful sun damage.

“You can get three feet of snow, and this thing isn't going anywhere,” Kurt boasts.  “I used this on my boat last year and had no problems for the first time in six years of owning this boat..

After seeing Kurt's structure two years ago, neighbors Sue and Rob asked where they could get one for themselves.  The wooden “junk pile” they had just wasn't doing the job.

This exchange became the impetus for the creation of boat-hut.com through which kits now can be purchased from Kurt's home-based company.  781-293-4588 is the # to call.

“I needed some media attention so people could know about these boat huts I'm making, so I volunteered at Pembroke Community Media Center and got it done,” Kurt added.

The promotional video for boat-hut.com can be seen by clicking  here or by going to the web site.

“The experience I had making this video with help from Pembroke Community Center has even made me stop smoking.  What do you think of that?”

  1. When you have to make a choice of boat accessories and marine electronics it’s always better that you start with procuring those items that are vital to your boats safety and proper operation.
