GIRLS' GYMNASTICS IS BACK!

Pembroke Community Media Center, Inc. has been getting requests to show high school gymnastics meets, and we are happy to oblige.

Gymnastics is a winter sport that starts after Thanksgiving when football ends.  Many Pembroke Titans cheerleaders do double duty as gymnasts, so that's why the two sports have separate seasons.

In January the combined Titans/Silver Lake team competed on their USA Gymnastics home turf against Rockland/Hanover.  

CLICK HERE to see 40 minutes of stick-it, tumbling fun.  Try not to get dizzy as our finest high school gymnasts swing around bars, leap over vaults, and tuck flip in the air.
